Shipping
Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00, while qualifying U.S. orders of $120 or more receive free shipping. Once an order is shipped, tracking is sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Service availability and final shipping options are shown at checkout.
Returns
Unused, unworn items in original condition may be requested for return within 14 days after delivery. Final-sale pieces, where identified at checkout or on the product page, are not eligible for return. Before sending any item back, email support@santttahatz.com with your order number and a brief request; the return address will be provided after your request is approved. Return shipping, exchange availability, and refund timing will be confirmed during approval.
Limited drops
Quantities are limited and inventory is not reserved until checkout is completed. We do not represent that any piece will be restocked.
